On 30 September 2021, the APPERTANI proposed a partnership offering letter to the Business Director of Perum BULOG about the Feasibility Study of Staple Food Management by BULOG (The Indonesia Logistics Bureau). This proposal has a positive response from BULOG and after negotiation between the APPERTANI and BULOG, finally, we concluded a partnership for the feasibility study on 1 November 2021. The partnership agreement was \u00a0signed by Prof. Dr. Irsal Las, Chairman of the APPERTANI, and Febby Novita, S.E., M.M., Business Director of Perum BULOG, which carry out for 3 months (1 November 2021 \u2013 1 February 2022). This project subject is the study of nine strategic commodity food reserves quantum determination and its financial, with the purpose to:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Review of existing policy for every nine strategic commodities, its challenges and opportunities for BULOG, after the establishment of Badan Pangan Nasional<\/li>\n<li>Calculate food reserves quantum which managed by BULOG through forming nine strategic commodity food balance for stabilizing price and supply and maintaining a buffer stock of food commodities which have characteristics that suitable with Government Food Supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Calculate budget needed for Government Food Supplies requirement and distribution program, both with captive market characteristic for food and nutrition vulnerability and supply availability and food price stabilization needs.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend food policies for each commodity for stabilizing price and supply, including stock release policy due to decline in the quality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>APPERTANI is a non-profit organization which has been approaching various parties for collaboration activities since August 2021.
